Registered Dietitian, Pediatric Obesity Care | Remote, W-2 | Full time & Part time contracts

About us: Hey Nouri is the first digital clinic built specifically for pediatric obesity. We're setting the standard for what comprehensive treatment should look like for children and their families. Care is insurance-covered, for kids 9–18.

The role: You'll carry a panel of kids and their parents you see regularly, and work with them long enough to watch their progress. You'll work alongside pediatricians who specialize in obesity medicine, with a kid-facing app doing some of the work between your sessions. No background in pediatric obesity needed, we train and certify you.

What we offer

• Remote, W-2, guaranteed base salary. $45K–$88K depending on hours and state, plus a quarterly performance bonus.
• Your licenses are on us. Up to 6 state licenses, malpractice, and CDR — all covered.
• Paid training and certification in pediatric obesity care, followed by a weekly 1-hour pod with 6–8 other RDs, plus 1:1 supervision.
• Room to grow: at 30+ hr contracts, you can take on projects beyond your panel (e.g., research and co-authorship, curriculum, leading a pod, and more). We're the first clinic of our kind, and there's a lot to build.

On scheduling: our patients are kids in school, so clinical sessions run mostly on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends. You set your own schedule within those hours — weekdays from 2 PM ET, with the option to add weekend time to fill your contract.

You're a fit if you:

• Hold a CDR RD/RDN credential and are US-based and licensed
• Want 20+ hours a week (30+ if you want in on special projects)
• Are genuinely excited about this mission and about learning and development
• Are comfortable in a tech-forward setup: telehealth, an AI scribe, patient apps, and new tools as we build them
