The role

As a Dietitian Coach at Hey Nouri, you’ll be meeting with patients one on one, identifying their key motivators and utilizing motivational interviewing and coaching techniques to help individuals achieve their goals. Each session ends with setting smart goals together that the patient will work on for the next week. This role is primarily a 1:1 patient facing role.

Position Requirements:

We are hiring CDR Registered Dietitians for a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week.

For patient facing hours, you set your calendar and can choose times within the following time windows:

• Monday–Friday You select times between: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM ET / (12pm-8pm PT)
• Weekends: Flexible (anytime)

*weekly trainings and mentor meetings can be outside of these time frames

How you allocate your hours is up to you. There is no weekend requirement as long as the total weekly hours are met.

Compensation:

• 20 hours - $41,000 up to $50,000 based on utilization and KPI bonus
• 25 hours - $52,000 up to $63,400 based on utilization and KPI bonus
• 30 hours - $64,000 up to $75,000 based on utilization and KPI bonus
• 40 hours - $80,000 up to $97,000 based on utilization and KPI bonus
