Role:

Little Sleepies is on the lookout for a Paid Media Manager who can execute and optimize our existing campaigns while working toward strict key performance indicators such as Cost per New Customer, ROAS and overall new customer growth. You are an eager learner who loves working in an ever-shifting and competitive marketing landscape. You’re creative, collaborative, analytical and eager to take calculated risks. What you’ll do:

  • Execute the Growth Marketing team’s strategy through paid social channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok).
  • Optimize campaigns through rigorous testing with a focus on improving efficiency and/or driving incremental scale.
  • Work alongside our Creative team to provide actionable feedback for testing new concepts that will make our marketing more engaging and efficient, as well as, own the creative performance feedback process within these teams.
  • Lead and develop channel and creative reporting that will be shared cross-functionally and to the leadership team.
  • Develop acquisition strategies that introduce new consumers to not only our core products (Sleep) but also our emerging products, like Play.
  • Partner with our e-commerce team to improve our landing pages so customers have simpler, quicker, and all-around more joyful experiences finding the products and information they’re looking for.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and FP&A teams to construct and execute experiments designed to understand the incremental value various tactics and channels have on the business.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Equipped with 4-5 years of experience managing paid social accounts for a D2C brand, either at an agency or in-house (preferably Meta).
  • Comfortable optimizing multi-million-dollar annual budgets towards KPIs such as Cost per New Customer or New Customer Contribution Margin.
  • A Meta power user who can build and optimize campaigns at scale (knowledge and experience in Paid search a plus).
  • Highly analytical with an understanding of digital attribution and measurement concepts.
  • Understand the role creative (front-end ad creative and landing pages) plays in driving growth, and partner with our world-class internal creative e-commerce teams to ideate and improve our direct marketing.
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment given the nature of our business.
  • A naturally inquisitive, deliberate, and organized team player.
  • Able to come into our HQ in Los Angeles, CA on a weekly hybrid schedule.
