About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the next phase of Nanit’s growth. We’re seeking an experienced product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance strategic thinking with execution, and is eager to help innovate and shape the future of our product ecosystem. In this role, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, owning the full product lifecycle - from discovery and roadmap definition to delivery and iteration - while being embedded in a dedicated product Pod. You’ll collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, Data, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and launch features that create meaningful impact for parents. The ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-informed decisions, and rally cross-functional teams around a shared vision is key here at Nanit.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Nanit’s product experience while working within a small, dynamic team. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong product instincts and a passion for building innovative consumer products, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end product management within your dedicated Pod, from defining strategy and goals to execution and iteration.
- Collaborate with design, engineering and data to bring to life new HW products and needed cross-teams infrastructure changes.
- Define product requirements, write clear specs, and prioritize backlogs to ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact work.
- Measure the success of features through analytics and user feedback, and use insights to inform future decisions.
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring our product decisions are always grounded in solving real parent needs.
- Contribute to Nanit’s product culture, helping raise the bar for how we define, build, and launch products.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer tech, IoT, or digital products.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical trade-offs.
- Highly autonomous with the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership and emotional intelligence, able to influence stakeholders and rally teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Passionate about building products that make a meaningful impact on parents’ and families’ lives.
- Data-driven but also comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information.
- Experience with HW products is a must.
- Experience with deeply technical infrastructure initiatives is a must.
- The ideal candidate will have a CS/EE degree.
- Managerial experience is a plus.
