Paid Social Media Manager (12 month FTC)

The Paid Social Manager is responsible for managing and optimising our customer acquisition activity across Meta and TikTok. This is a key role in driving growth through high-quality creative development and iterative testing. You’ll work closely with our in-house design team and wider comms team to build and refine ad concepts that resonate with our audience. You will be the in-house expert for paid social, ensuring strategies, creative, and execution align with Yoto’s overarching goals, growth targets, and values.

What you’ll be doing
:

  • Own and manage all paid social activity on Meta and TikTok, from campaign setup to optimisation and reporting.
  • Lead the creative testing roadmap — plan, prioritise, and run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Work closely with in-house designers, content creator, and the comms team to develop and iterate ad concepts across short-form video, UGC, and static formats.
  • Source creative inspiration from competitor research, trend monitoring, and platform insights to fuel new ideas.
  • Build and optimise campaigns, including audience targeting, creative rotation, budget pacing, and bidding strategies.
  • Fully manage performance analytics — track results, create regular reports, analyse trends, and spot anomalies in performance data.
  • Move quickly through feedback loops — from idea to launch to analysis to optimisation.
  • Share learnings from creative tests and audience trends with the wider acquisition team to inform cross-channel activity.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, and creative best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years hands-on paid social experience, managing campaigns on both Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven track record in delivering acquisition growth through creative-led paid social strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills — proficient in using platform analytics, spreadsheets, and attribution tools (e.g. GA4, pixel setup, UTM tagging).
  • Experience owning a creative testing framework and applying insights to scale winning concepts.
  • Ability to brief creatives effectively and translate performance data into actionable creative changes.
  • Experience optimising toward key acquisition KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and CTR.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design, content, and comms teams.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • A self-starter with a “make-it-happen” mindset, eager to be part of scaling a best-in-class brand.



Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 based on experience

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you're happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues.
